Description

Neatplay distributes prime gaming technology solutions and services to help aspiring iGaming brands achieve business excellence. As part of a phased expansion strategy, we are now looking to fill the newly created role of SEO Manager. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals, your key responsibilities comprise enhancing our online visibility and increasing organic traffic through effective on-page and technical SEO strategies, as well as resolving technical issues. This exciting new role offers the rare opportunity to design full SEO strategies, from scratch, with a growing network of like-minded international partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and rectify on-page and off-page issues affecting search engine visibility, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Ensure that website architecture and URL structures are optimised for search engine crawling and indexing.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, relevant search terms and incorporate them into on-page content optimization efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement on-page SEO recommendations, including meta tags, header tags, and schema markup.
  • Manage website redirects, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps to ensure optimal crawl and indexation.
  • Optimise website structure and navigation for both search engines and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain high search engine rankings.
  • Create and manage a content optimization plan that aligns with SEO best practices and the content marketing strategy.
  • Assist in link-building strategies and outreach to improve the website's authority and backlink profile.

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years working in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful strategies that improved organic growth.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Effective project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical SEO issues.
  • A deep understanding of current SEO best practices and the latest industry trends.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are a plus.
  • Having expertise in multiple markets, including non-English speaking ones, is advantageous.
